Introduction

The Soft Heart Foundation was established in 2019. SHF is from all aspects a non-Governmental, non-profitable, and non-sectarian layer of social welfare. SHF to serve humanity through multiple ways and projects. Since 2019 SHF is committed to serve humanity by organizing orphan’s rehabilitation programs, children support, old age homes, peace, tolerance, Harmony, democracy, protection of women from violence, gender equality, clean water access and sanitation issues, capacity building of Government Officials and supporting communities on Local and District level. To be most dynamic, trust worthy and commended social-welfare Organization serving the humanity with utmost sincerity and striving for the well-being of vulnerable and marginalized segments of society. SHF is committed to communities, helping to break the cycle of generational poverty driving positive change through its multiple programs.

Nature Of Foundation

Soft Heart Foundation is a welfare organization that aims to tackle current issues of extremism, hate speech, discrimination, democracy, and gender inequality among people by arranging different peace-provoking seminars, community development workshops, Social Action Projects, and sports festivals. It is focusing the empowerment of downtrodden sects through awareness sessions, and capacity building of minorities, women, and youth according to their rights and duties towards their country.

SHF is originated from philanthropic basis and focuses on multi-faceted approach of empowering women, minorities and youth at the grass root level. SHF ensures their autonomy, equality, capacity building, development, acknowledgement, and empowerment socially, economically and politically.

Women are in a large number in our society and society will remain backward until women are enlightened and educated according to the advanced digital learning strategies. We want women empowerment socially, economically and politically to ensure women's voices are to be noticed not disregarded for assurance of equal rights, opportunities and respect for women. For us, each day is a new day, dawned with new challenges appearing on the horizon to be scaled and striving for women capacity building.


What we do

Soft Heart Foundation has a core team with various professional backgrounds such as management, Finances and HR. In addition, SHF hires the project staff as and when required. The Foundation also engages volunteers and interns on need basis.

Our Mission

Our mission is to create a society where marginalized communities are socially, economically and politically empowered through equal rights of participation. To tackle current issues of Democracy and Democratic Values, Child Education, peace, tolerance, human rights, awareness sessions for women & women empowerment, skills development of women and youth, empowerment of downtrodden sects through awareness sessions, capacity building workshops, social media campaigns, and sports & games etc.

SHF conceptually and strategically brilliant in bringing together volunteer groups of citizens, social activists, professionals and government officials… that give SHF program its vital benevolent development energy .As its strategy, SHF particularly focuses to ensure the maximum participation of women, minorities and youth.

The Foundation strongly believes in the true and active participation of all key stakeholders, the local communities, and program beneficiaries. Soft Heart Foundation as its overall implementation approach takes carefully into account the local culture and traditions and fully respects them.

Strategy of Evaluation

As the evaluation is an integral part to check the effectiveness of any project on beneficiaries. Through Base line surveys, history interviews, FGD, in-depth internal learning, and autonomous impact evaluations, we are persistently looking at productivity of our project’s segments.

FORMATION OF SOFT HEART FOUNDATION WOMEN WORKING GROUP

SHFWWG was formed in 2018 when we felt need for a group that work solely for the welfare of women.
